Internships

Another unique program being carried out by Eco Preservation Society is our Internship Experience. This program will mesh seamlessly with our Research Program, allowing interns to participate in the research being supported and carried out by Eco Preservation Society. The program will focus on university and post-university students interested in having a first hand experience with wildlife and nature conservation. Participants will work with Eco Preservation Society's two full time professional conservation biologists receiving a combination of course work and field work experience. Each student will design and carry out an individual research project of their own as well as spend time at the Marine Turtle Conservation Station and Manuel Antonio Research and Education Center. Living and working along the beautiful Costa Rican Central Pacific Coast is only an added benefit. Participants will also be able to visit CaƱo Island National Park and Corcovado National Park. Participants need not be biology students as the program can be tailored to any level of previous experience as well as to specific student interest.
